The Celtics would have been in the Finals every year for at least 10 years if they paired Tim with at least a competent PG in his prime. The East was such garbage.

There have been 24 drafts since the NBA introduced the weighted lottery system. During that time, the team with the worst record has won the lottery 3 times.
If you're going to put Duncan in a Celtics' jersey, then you need to put him in an Orlando one as well.
Duncan would have been out of Boston the second after his rookie contract expired.
As long as we're making Duncan fanstasy jerseys, gotta have a Chicago one too since Will Perdue was so confident they'd get him.
