Could you realistically get charged with that from a seizure? Isn't a person unconscious during one? Every one I have known who is epileptic has no recollection of his seizures.

Yeah, seizures render you unconscious if there of the grand mal, tonic-clonic variety. He'll get sued regardless, but that helps his case if true

Me too in college was one of the greatest ball hawks I ever saw was a good on offense too .. prayers out to both famalies

You could say if he did have a seizure, then he's not responsible. However, you could also say that if he has had a history of seizures, then he shouldn't be driving. It sucks that an innocent person died. Sad story. The Hawks should pay for the victim's funeral and give them victim's family some money.
