Elimination Day in Memphis, and a nervous energy buzzes through the crowd. It is not a happy energy; the FedExForum feels like a giant doctor’s waiting room with everyone anticipating the inevitable bad news. The Memphis Grizzlies are down 3-0 in this best-of-seven series to San Antonio. The Grizzlies will soon be knocked out and everyone, even the most hopeful, sees it coming.

MY PHUCKIN CAPS LOCK KEY IS BROKEN
Well, I hadn't read this and it was a brilliant article. Thanks for posting or re-posting.
Timmy is quite an example of a Zen at ude - and has a lot more of Zen in him than Phil Jackson ever did - but no one really notices it or calls him a Zen master.
Not that it would matter to Timmy - but being in the moment as often as you can remind yourself to be - is pretty much the key.
Pop has some of that too tbh.
Yeah, I dunno if they'll lock this though.
Nice article +1
Translation: I'm a got who is too lazy to see if an article is actually posted.

Where do you keep getting this soccer thing? Suppressing some love for gay soccer players that you have?
Interesting to read about how Duncan spends the warmup rebounding for teammates then taking mid range easy jumpers and then practicing banking the ball at weird angles that miss, then taking a sit-down break. That is exactly what I do normally. Rebounding for teammates warms up your legs and arms and wrists and hands and gives you a feel for the ball and wakes up your passing mental memory. The easy jumpers don't take a lot of effort and make you feel good about seeing the ball go through, but you don't want to shoot those for several minutes, you'll get tired before the game. Then just banging a few off the backboard and rim gives you a feel for how they are in that gym. Finally you do want some time to sit and get your mind calm and focused, just letting the sounds, light, and movement flow through your brain. Then you're ready to start.
I had not previously read this, it was good.
I hadn't caught this either; thanks for the repost. Male hetero tbh..
