Why travel in such a hurry when they could always fly out on Tuesday with plenty of time to spare.
If the Heat were leading the series 3-0, then sure, it might be worth the Spurs' while to get to Miami early, but otherwise, why.

Hopefully the Spurs will have the day off tomorrow.
I'm pretty sure Spurs have been preparing for Miami more because Tuesday will be used as a traveling day if the Heat win, and if the Pacers win the Spurs have a whole practice on Tuesday to get ready for the Pacers, while the Pacers have to quickly travel from Miami to Indiana to San Antonio. They would be drained. Both teams will only have really one day to prepare for us, but both will still be in rhythm. Wednesday will be media day so I'm not too sure if the teams will practice then.
San Antonio to Miami is only a little over a two hour flight non stop.
, these are NBA balla's! They use those vacuum bags to keep their clothes from getting wrinkled and to maximize space.
They probably just pack a few outfits and their toothbrush. They will only be in Miami for a few days, so there's no real preparation needed for it. They probably already packed just so they can leave for Miami right after they win their game. If not, it takes like no time to put their away then go out for dinner giggling about how they get to face another Grizzlies type team with great D' and mediocre offense.
If Miami wins game 7, I guess Spurs will travel Wednesday.
