If the Spurs were playing 2011 Lebron, we'd def win (the one that averaged 2 pts in the 4th qtr of the Finals).

But we're playing prime, God-mode Lebron unfortunately, and the Spurs don't have anyone who can defend him, or even slow him down. And Wade and Bosh will almost certainly play better against us. If their role players are hitting, Spurs are doomed.

Texas is 1-1 against the Heat. There was the 2006 NBA Finals..........and what a painful defeat that was.

So if we can limit the role players and let him go off you still think they'll win?

    Lone Star State, unite!

Actually, I have the feeling the majority of the U.S., minus the bandwagoners, are about to be on the Spurs side.

If we limit their role players, AND keep TO's to a minimum and out-rebound them, I think we can take it. But those are big If's. If their role players are hitting their shots, I don't see how we can beat Lebron and co in a 7 game series.

We should have been there in '11. The only reason we weren't was because Pop didn't realize we needed Tiago to beat the Grizzlies.

Personally I think the only thing we need to worry about is scoring more points than them. As long as we win the points category each game, I think we'll win the series pretty quickly.

    Texas is 1-1.

Dallas lost big time to Dwyane Wade before right?
