Well yeah, it's illegal to sell merchandise with copy written logos on them.
Had a friend of mine busted had 287 Tshirts.
Many on Military have gotten the shaft.

another guy got fined 38,000 by the NBA....they even consifcated my Friends I love my Spurs Tees....not even with the logo on it... ing NBA....capatalism at its worst!
I want to find a good replica s ched Spurs jersey with the Finals patch. I know NBA never sells them or I would def cop one.
I was thinking about the I WANT SOME NASTY tees that were so popular last yr. During the playoff run I saw tons of ppl with them at the Spurs gms. There had to be atleast 10 different kinds. People saw the demand & cashed in. Some with Spurs logo & others with WCF logo on back. I even ordered one that was seen on the news down in SA. But I got it all 3 wks later after we had been eliminated.
I have a friend that the NBA contracts to go out and bust illegal NBA gear. He tells me that this time of year is extremely busy for him. He can put in 12-14 hour days. He confiscates all of the illegal merchandise and then files reports to have NBA decide if they going to fine.

If all it says is I love my spurs(and has no symbols or lettering the Spurs use), it could be talking about the thing not the team.

A bit off topic, but capitalism or any fair market has to prohibit copyright infringement.
