Mavs got theirs, and tbh Mavfan has become way more tolerable because of it. Good run nigs.
    only
Mavsfans finally started acting like they been there before, cause they finally got there. Only minus was that Terry got a ring as posted earlier. I was happy for Dirk and Mav fan tbqh, they went through some to get to the top

They're just as relevant as the Lakers right now son
No, they're not. The Lakers are ALWAYS relevent son. Your thinking is shallow. Try harder

I'd say moreso. They aren't 128m poorer than they were last year (never mind that an of a TV contract).
This is true. But to even think that the Lakers are somehow poorer due to their $128M payroll is ignorant. You're smarter than that son.

Lakers so relevant that Kobe has to make surprise announcements on twitter to keep himself relevant while "Jim Duncan" is duking it out in the playoffs. lol.

Just another championship team. at calling them a dominant championship team, s caught lightning in a bottle at the right time which I guess was only right considering how many times they had choked away possible les.

Was rooting for the Mavs once the Spurs went down. Glad Dirk got his ring.

No team in the NBA goes to 4 finals in a row. The Lakers were obviously tired from a 3 year run of Finals appearances and Gasol was dealing with pussy problems.

2010 Lakers beat Dallas in 5.

Damn I don't remember that, or any of the games tbh.

Best Mavs team was in 07' tbh.

So 128m investment tanks and it doesn't make them poorer than they would have been otherwise?

How does that work, exactly. I'm sure DoK would love to get his hands on that ground breaking information.

That really was one of the most impressive postseason runs ever.

Sweeping the 2 time defending champions, Phil Jackson led Lakers, beating the Harden/Westbrook/Durant Thunder in 5 games and then of course beating the Heat.

Even the Blazers were the 'lower seeded team nobody wanted to play' and in hindsight, a lot of people picked them to upset Dallas in the 1st round. (healthy Brandon Roy, Gerald Wallace, Lamarcus Aldridge, Andre Miller, Wes Matthews)
there's always that "lower seed nobody wants to play" but i cant remember any one of those teams outside of 2011 memphis and 2007 GS to really make an impact

In 07 no one was saying the Warriors were a lower seed nobody wants to play neither 11 Memphis either but teams like the 13 Lakers

Yes. My 2011 Mavs would beat this ty Heat team. To be honest, the 2011 Heat team was better than the 2012 and 2013 Heat teams.

2011 Heat were better than this year's Heat, but imo 2012 was the best.

That was an epic game, one of the most enjoyable Finals games in recent history, tbh. Look at how happy Wade and Bron are when they go up 15, s had no idea what was coming to them, tbh.

Agreed. 2011 Heat had the weakest bench and depth but our D seemed to be more consistent and Wade in the finals was at the top of his game... too bad Bron didn't show up to the party.

In 2012 Bron and Wade were the most consistent they've been together, despite the speed bump that was Indy. D was the best out of the 3 yrs and bench was much improved. Spo also somehow seemed to outcoach every opposing coach in the playoffs, unlike this year.

In 2013 the team on paper is much better, but the play has been inconsistent both on offense and defense. LBJ is better but the rest of the team because of injuries or just not getting it done, is not as potent.
