So nervous ! Go Spurs Go ! I remember 03 and Tim's near quadruple double and SJAX 3 straight triples to take game 6. I remember Tim Duncan's domination in game 7 from the middle of the third quarter to the the end of the game in 05, I remember Horry's heroics in game 5 in 05. Tony's magnificence in 07 and the team defense led by Bruce on LeBron and the incredible twin towers of Duncan and Robinson in 99.
We have discussed this so many times on ST (I was a member before and posted many thousands of posts) - but best team ?
I think 07 was the best, 99 second best, 05 third best, and 03 the worst. This 2013 team is imo not as good as any of the other teams except 03. The defense was so tremendous on the 05 team. And we had SuperManu but not yet Super Tony.

I have been fortunate to get to go to a lot of games this year (relatively speaking for me). I can't believe we made it to the finals. What a mistake by the Thunder to let go of Harden. What a poor, poor decision.

It's been FOREVER since I've paid ST a visit. Glad to see familiar faces still here and what appears to be a still thriving message board.

I was honestly shocked to watch the old and boring (as the stereotype goes) Spurs show they still have what it takes and give it one more go. Amazed to see how well Timmy is playing at this stage of his career. In disbelief that Parkers game and career has developed (I was never really sold on him early on) and terrifficly as it has.

Good for them. And good for you Spurs fans. Enjoy it. Embrace it.

And most importantly, BEAT THE HEAT!
