Simmons still had Memphis winning after the Spurs took a 3-0 lead. Screw'im. The difference in this game is missed chip shots by the Spurs. Make a reasonable number of those, and the Spurs have a lead at the half. Nobody thought this would be easy. Finish at the rim, and they win this game.
My biggest concern right now is that the Heat have a big edge in assists. That's not Spurs basketball, and it will come home to haunt them.
We did well with the turnovers in the first half, at least.
I actually think Bonner does have a place in this series, but it must be for 3-5min spurts against their deep bench ie. only when he can guard Battier or someone like that.

TBH, that number is also lowered by the missed shots. Plenty of those would have been assists, had they gone in. The ball movement is happening (could use more), but the shots have to start falling.
