I don't remember ever seeing a player give up a triple double, but after the game, came away thinking he still played well. Good job Kawhi.

And way to persevere even though the open 3s didn't fall. A lesser player would have wilted.

    Keep it up.

I don't think Kawhi is responsible for LeBron passing the ball or having defensive rebounds. LeBron finishes with 18 points in 41:35 minutes which I can see Kawhi being happy with at the end of the day.

There was one specific play where LeBron drove left and appeared to have the lane, but Kawhi moved his feet, cut in front of LeBron, and bumped LeBron, and LeBron stepped back and passed the ball. I have never seen anyone do that to LeBron!

Kawhi did as good as you possibly good
Spurs overall plan wasnt that good
they needlessly overhelped with 4 guys in the paint
and they didnt really play the passing lanes while packing the paint

Parker shouldnt be going in the paint to help on Lebron
hes does absoultely nothing to impede Lebron and opens up 3s

I think it was pretty clear that the length of Kawhi was a distraction for LeBron. Kawhi is always good for a forced turnover on something that most offensive players usually execute. In this case, LeBron was trying to make a routine pass, but Kawhi and his long ass arms/hands deflected the ball for a steal.

Let's also not forget that Kawhi also had a double-double against LeBron too.

Most of LeBron's points came off of switches or transition.
