I dunno, the Penguins just pulled off something similar to the Lakers. They got a couple HOFs at the trade deadline and got swept in the conference finals. That's pretty bad.
At least the Lakers have an excuse for the first round sweep. If it was any team other than the Lakers I'd feel bad for them with all the injuries.

Yeah, injuries from the Lakers in the regular season. We knew they were gonna suck in the playoffs. They started 2 d league players in a game...and wait wasn't a D league player their leading scorer in a game or two?
The penguins just completely choked. They essentially did what Miami did with the superfriends, but got swept before they even hit the finals. So many hall of famers on that team to score TWO goals in a series.

Shouldn't have been regarded as a super team to begin with then if you believe that tbh. Just a team of old men that came up way short.

I'd have viewed the Heat getting swept by the Bulls in 2011 to be worse than this current Lakers season which is why I see the Penguins' postseason as being so bad. But it's hockey, upsets happen.
It doesn't really matter to me though. NBA forum has been a trolling carnival for years anyway. just don't start too many threads in the Club and im cool. Club is a place for decent thoughts and honest discussions imho
