1) Two different ages, two different potential threat levels if confronted.
2) Lied about "dressed similar." The producers had an obvious agenda.
3) How much was edited? Editing allows a great degree of cherry picking.

Yeah that show is very biased. The first one was about a spanish speaker who an owner was kicking him out for not using spanish. Any person who didn't stick up for him were considered racist.
