This is why I don't want to see two more years of Manu at his asking price tag. His game is on the decline and it is going to get more ugly. Spurs need to add youth.

If Manu is willing to take a massive pay cut and accept a much smaller role, then I'm fine with that.
It's unrealistic but I'd love to see Pierce on this team.

TMac is the perfect guy to fill in when Manu isn't playing well.
He probably shouldn't play next game, certainly not at the same time Neal is on the court
truthfully, his shot is gone. ONce a shot is gone from a player, he's handicapped. Plus he's old. That means he's slower than most players he faces. That only leaves his experience and smarts. That's very little. I love Manu but he's just a guy that comes to a gunfight with a little butter knife. it is what it is.
Spurs need to find a way to win without this guy.
He didn't have a good game. Not many Spurs did.
You can't pin this game in one player though. What did us in was the defense was subpar after the 1st quarter. If you don't play defense, you can't win these games.

Magic nailed it. Those turnovers were the turning point of the game, possibly the series.

Nope. There were worse Spurs out there. Not gonna name names, because this game was lost on the defensive end of the floor, so singling out guys doesn't really matter.

Dude Manu ate some buttered chicken before the game and never cleaned his hands. Dude was fumbling the ball from the minute he entered the game. His D was too and his shot is the most godawful thing I ever seen. His decision were also complete . Dude was the worst basketball player I seen in a long time. I rather have Stephenson over Manu right now. that's how bad it is.

I hate ting on our players but Turnobili was the catalyst to Spurs'' demise this game. It was a domino effect.
This entire playoffs Manu hasn't been playing well. May be its time to give Manu limited minutes from here on out.

Tonight was not on Manu, but that was one of the worst games I've ever seen Manu play. If this is what we can expect for Manu in these finals, I would have to think it would be a mistake to resign him to a large contract.
