They only lead the series 2-1 and they still have a long way to go imho. Miami will play tougher D next game and the spurs ought to make adjustment reciprocally if their goal is to win the championship rather than just to cause some troubles to Miami. Spurs and the 2011 mavs have many similarities, both teams got dominante PFs, and midget shooters who could shoot lights out in a given night. 11' Dirk was a better player than anyone on the current spurs squad, but the spurs have better teamwork and their bench is much deeper. my blair would've been a solid backup big for Dirk and TC back in 11, taking 20-25 minutes a game but on this spurs team he's nothing but a fringe player But I still believe the 2011' mavs would beat the spurs if you could arrange a match between these two teams, because that 11' mavs team would match up well against the spurs. TC would dominate the paint against the TOSB duncan, softasses like bonner and splitter, and the undersized named Blair, and Dirk would be a nightmare mismatch at the offensive end no matter which guy you use to defend him. 11' mavs and 13' spurs are probably the best teams to come out of the west since the 07' spurs, and the Heat are unlucky enough to face them both in 2 years
