dont wear white to a wedding. ever.
no .
How awful/inappropriate is it to wear cream or ivory to weddings? I have a friend's wedding coming up, and I've heard different opinions about it. Here's the dress I like. I kinda have the same skin tone as her, so I think it would look cool.

No joke. I'm only 24 and about to go to my first wedding outside of family and even I know that. I thought it was a pretty well known thing that wearing white to weddings is a major cuhnt move.
You never wear white to a wedding. You aren't the one getting married.
Yeah I totally agree. I always thought it was a rule. It's funny though I always see someone who is wearing something of that color.
Wearing white pants with a nice top isn't upstaging the bride. But don't go out of your way to buy a solid white/cream dress.
Wear a real low cut with a push up bra showing loads of cleve showing if you really want to piss off the bride.
yeaH, BAD IDEA! you don't want the bride to think you're trying to out-shine her....cute dress, btw
White is only for virgins anyway.
Apparently not anymore. I've seen bunches of range s go down the aisle in white.
, I had a niece that was six months pregnant go down the aisle in white...![]()
If you really want to support your friend, tell her not to get married.
