This game will decide the championship in my opinion. I really think that the winner of this game will win the Larry O'Brien trophy. If you are the Spurs, you play your asses off and try to win the game. You don't want to give Superfriends any hope.

Calling it now, cHeat will benefit from a flurry of momentum changing calls. Stern has to protect his now favorite team and golden boy LeOmega James.

Miami Sterns in a very close & entertaining game that'll be remembered for it's egregious officiating.

The only way LeBron goes off for 30 if he's not getting his teammates involved at all is playing into the Spurs strategy. He's going to be the only trying to score. Knowing how the stat sheet in the playoffs, if the big three don't at least get their role players going, there going to lose. I doubt all of the Heat players are on fire because only one player can shoot on one possession.

To be honest, this will be a low scoring game once again. LeBron will be again defended the same way he was in the previous three games. Its not like he can become magically light years better than what he was before because LeBron's game consists of everything. Its not like the Heat are going to pull an entire new playbook and be prepared in two days. LeBron is everything to the Miami Heat. Efficient in nearly every aspect of the game.
All except his determination to shoot when open without hesitation and score when needed. The Heat are going to be expected to hit shots against great defense.

As you can see by last night, the Heat were TRAMPLED for the first time this season. They looked like a 3rd tier team with no type of offense. I wasn't even sure anyone else other than LeBron was in the game. The ball barely moved when the Spurs were on a run.

The Heat have yet to be down 2-1 in any of the previous series. They haven't been down 2-1 since playing the Pacers last season.

There are allot of blinders on when it comes to San Antonio's defense. I believe San Antonio's defense is so great that people forget how great it was. It has a lulling effect on people. The Spurs sent help defense on this guy and they have the best defender to guard him. Thus the effect of the lulling continues....that Kawhi Leonard is guarding him. The insurmountable experience of coaching that Greg Popovich has compared to Eric Spoelstra is such a large Margin that Jupiter itself could fit in between.

I feel it will be a closer game but it all depends on the shooting of both team's role players. The Spurs are far ahead of the Heat in preparation as far as I'm concerned. To sum it up, when you're playing against LeBron and the Miami Heat, you have to prepare for every type of situation because they were that good.

Look at the streets. The Heat are still in hostile territory and have no energy to feed off when it comes to Spurs fans. I mean...compared to fans that think Joseph Stalin and Bill Withers are basketball players.....yeah. The officiating in this post season has been light years better than the officiating of the past decade. I don't expect them to have a massive benefit from calls like before. However, I do expect some terrible bailout or makeup calls.

The realization is that some fans..can't realize this Heat team may have been unstoppable in the regular season.....but not all things are what they seem and everything is subject to wear and tear; depreciation.

Like Lebron will attempt a 3, he'll pussy out and clock expires before he can even pass it to Shuttlesworth for the 3, tbh.

Solid post partner. I also wanted to add to that last sentence. Miami attempted to win every game in the regular season. I think they peaked at their best during their historical 27-game winning streak. The wear and tear of the regular season, in my opinion, is severely underlooked. The Spurs are where they are because they micromanaged mins to their players in a very clever manner.

As far as Miami's evident 'wheels are falling' situation goes, the blame for that goes to Spoelstra. I've said all along he's a ty coach. I bet Pat Riley is itching to get back on that bench.

Wade played his ass off during that streak, if Wade was still that good we'd be in trouble right now.

The Spurs know that it is time to go for the jugular yet again. Gash their throats wide open, and put 'em up against the wall 3-1. The time is NOW. Please git her done, Spurs!!!!!

Stern will try to extend the series, and this would be the game to do it. Lebron will drive and get every whistle. Splitter will probably be in foul trouble early. Yet...

    Spurs 99-92

Backbreaker game. Huge game from Duncan and Gino, with teammates rallying behind fallen comrade Tony Parker, which will only make a cameo appearance.

Good ol' O with the intelectual post of the night.

Pop already has a strategy for that. In fact he has been counting on James to go off the rails but hasn't quite done so yet.

Lebrick can't get 15-20 FTs even with Stern's help if plays like a pussy and hangs out on the perimeter. The Spurs should turn Le into a jump shooter for game 4. That strategy worked in game 3. It worked because Lebron is unreliable on jump shots and 3 pointers. Just let him take those instead of going inside the paint to score and/or flop.

it's not kiwi that's gonna have a problem, it's the guys at the rack. Jim will avoid the contact, because he knows he needs to play. So it's going to be Splitter and Bonner getting loaded with fouls

Stern would know better than to saddle Bonner with fouls, he wants him on the court

    Spurs win by 10! 90-80
Lebroom will score 35 pts but our shooters, Manu & Timmy will play great & we will still win in spite of stern trying to help Lebroom!
    Spurs in 5!
Rick Fox pick the Spurs to win game 4!
