Spoelstra was a horrible coach for 2 years, tbh..all he ran was iso and he was afraid of the 3 Kings..he has developed nicely, he's still a young guy, which actually benefited him, since he wasn't too stubborn like most old coaches..

This is the first year where he has implemented a system and evolved as a coach..Miami's ball movement and attention to detail has changed dramatically, such as Spoelstra's system emphasizing corner 3s and focusing on efficient locations on the floor..

    Report: Bucks mulling Jerry Sloan

The Milwaukee Bucks are seriously considering hiring Hall of Famer Jerry Sloan as their next coach, according to a report by USA Today Sports.
The newspaper reported that the 71-year-old Sloan, who has not coached since his abrupt resignation from the Utah Jazz in February 2011 after 23 seasons, already has met with the Bucks about their vacant job.
Sloan, who has 1,221 career wins to rank third all time, turned down an offer from thePortland Trail Blazers last offseason and also was in the running to take over the Charlotte Bobcats before removing himself from consideration.
The Bucks have been in the market for a new coach after not retaining Jim Boylan. Milwaukee, which made the playoffs despite its third straight losing season, was swept in the first round by the Miami Heat.

In addition to Sloan, the Bucks also have reportedly met with Los Angeles Lakers assistant Steve Clifford.

props to Sloan for getting another gig, though he's getting pretty much up there in age. i wonder if we'll ever see a Bucks championship in our lifetimes.

sloan is a great coach but i don't think he's the right one for this team tbh. dude has to make some drastic moves in order to assemble a brand new squad, and make the team play the style game that he feels familiar with. personally i believe teams like pacers and bulls would be better fits for him imho

The.....Bucks? He going to have a nightmare dealing with Monta Ellis and his "show up when I want to" mentality. I feel he won't be in the league i a couple more years.

This is what I've been saying all along. Sloan hasn't been in the NBA for three years yet Lakers decided to go for _Antoni.

Nice job opportunity here for Sloan; it's a solid job for him but he still won't get that elusive championship with the Bucks.
