    same here huge manu fan and i have to say, every time hes on the floor i fear the worst for the spurs, he is making zero impact in this series, which is really sad, because this is do or die for the spurs.

    Would be a gigantic mistake. If Manu wants to play here he needs to do it at maybe 1.5 million per year. It sounds harsh, but Manu is not a good player right now. I can't imagine he's going to be very good next year.

    I wouldn't be surprised to see the Spurs give him a "thank you" contract I guess, but I think it would be a tremendous mistake.

    Take away that one wide open shot to beat the Warriors, and evaluate the rest of his postseason. He's been terrible.

    They shouldn't even try to resign him. That is a waste of money. Time to draft a replacement.
