It's absolutely a must win. There's no way in they win both in Miami.
Since they threw this game away, yeah it is. Spurs lose next game, series is done. Spurs win it, series really isn't done yet either.
Rest of series is going to be an uphill battle now.

Miami has not lost two in a row since January, I think. And even if we win game 5 then lose game 6, I can't calculate the percentage of our chance of winning in their home court in a do or die game 7.

The theme of this Finals series so far has been that the more "desperate" team has won each game if you think about it. Spurs win Game 1. Miami wins Game 2 knowing they don't wanna come to SA down 0-2. Spurs win Game 3 to stop Miami's momentum. Heat win Game 4 avoiding a 3-1 deficit.
The Spurs should be the more desperate team in Game 5. They know the chances of winning BOTH Game 6 and 7 in Miami are slim to none. They know they have to go all out to win Game 5....
You can tell that to Manu, Tony, Boris and Tiago. Pretty sure they don't know it.

Yes game 5 is basically a must win for the Spurs. They can not afford to go back to Miami down 3-2 just as game 4 was basically a must win for the CHeat.
Every game where the team who's back was to the wall that team has won the game. It's the Spurs turn now.

He has 4 already and millions of dollars, he is set for life. Duncan doesn't even know who you are. You losing money impacts your life much more.
I expect the spurs to win game 5. It is about time for a game to go down to the wire and won with a last second shot, SA gets one game in this series that way and it will be in game 5.

I believe this as well, which is why if they lose game 5 I will not be in the we can do it or believe threads if they happen to exist! I will just concede defeat and get ready for summer. I hope they win though and then bring us home a le in 6.
I think a big key is scoring more points than the opponent. If we do that then I think we have a good shot at winning!

Game 5 is a must win for the spurs, but I'm not looking ahead beyond Sunday. I dont think winner of game 5 wins the series either way and It's going to be tough on the Spurs even if they do win.
