Hey, one fake gangbanger already is paying for it.
Do we really need to complain about everything?
Hey, one fake gangbanger already is paying for it.
Underrated move by Spoelstra, honestly. I don't think the intention was to run up the score, but to fuel Lebron's confidence, which he's had issues with all series, going forward.
Don't think Pop did not notice that. He will make a point of reminding his players of that too.
Karma is a Biatch and Instant Karma is gonna get you Miami.
For Miami if Lebron can make JS after JS so he can gain confidence in his shot is better than to play James Jones. Same to score 30+ points after his previous games. That's the truth.
Anyway Pop plays the bench earlier than anyone in the league.
You guys realize these are grown men, and not little kids, right?
Who cares?
If we don't want them to run up the score, lets not put them in a position to.
Of the Top 10 things on Pops mind, I'm sure this is #50
I would do the same if I was LeBron, especially all the people questioning his previous 3 game performances. If your trying to prove a point as the Heat you keep the onslaught on to the end tbh
"Why can't Miami quit as early as Pop quits?" "Why does Miami's coach believe in playing until the game is over - why can't he wave the white towel in the 3rd qtr in the finals the way Pop does?" "We quit with class!"
Don't like the other team running up the score on you? Don't get blown out.
First time ever in my sports watching career I hoped for an injury.
You do remember that the Spurs blew them out by 36 points just a game earlier, right? LBJ was simply giving a little payback.WTF was up with that LeBron 3 with :22 left??
And Spoelstra had him out there so he can continue to "rediscover" his shooting stroke.
We weren't getting blown out until they ran up the score.
LeBron knows that when people are looking at his career, they'll be looking at his scoring average for the finals. So who cares that he scored 10 of them in garbage time -- points is points.
Just padding the stats they're supposed to pad, tbh.
Like was stated I think Miami was actually a little scared of some miracle comeback even with at little as 2 mins left. LeBron 3 was due to shot clock though it was painful to watch.
Heat wanted it more and a loss is a loss final score does not matter. We need to come out MUCH more aggressive if we want to regain any advantage we can heading back to Miami.
Yes, had exactly him on my mind![]()
I agree. An MVP doesn't do that. That was to fluff the stats. But it's only another reason why he'll never be MJ. But like my buddy told me when I got mad at T.O. for celebrating on the Dallas star for the second time: They don't like it-keep him out of the endzone
He is the ultimate frontrunner when things go well he plays great and does like that. But when things go south he ducks his head like the pussy he is. We were on our way to burying them in the first till the zebras showed up.
Tried to outscore Wade tbh
Why are you guys mad? The longer their starters are in there, the more chances they get hurt.
This is going to sound unclassy as but, if one team throws in the towel and empties the bench and the other team doesn't respond in kind, I always keep watching for an injury. There's no reason to keep your players in, other than to run up the score and/or stat pad.
It was especially stupid in game 2, considering the Heat players were already whining about fatigue. They were gifted a 10 minute break, but decided to use that time to boost their stats.
00:23 LeBron 30 Pts. D-Wade 32 Pts.
00:22 LeBron 33 Pts. D-Wade 32 Pts.
