Okay, it's just an article from CBS Miami that shows that, surprisingly, a lot more Americans want to see the Spurs win the Championship than the Heat. It also mentioned that among Vegans, the Spurs are favored by a 47-10 margin. I don't know who gives a damn about that, but there it is. The positive press and public opinion that most people here seem to want so badly.
Did you hear that, David Stern? If you want to make America happy, you need to put the fix in this direction. The Spurs are now sentimental favorites, and if the Heat win it will be like watching someone kick a kindly old dog. Nobody likes that, except people in Miami.
I got the feeling by all the polls and non-Spur fan Facebook posts that many are pulling for the Spurs in this one. I don't care about "flying under the radar" and all that. If my friends or whoever wanna show support for the Spurs, it's welcomed by me.
What about the gays? Isn't that the NBA's next big market?
My brother is vegan, and he definately is going for the Spurs.
Well Vegas doesn't. They have the Heat as 2 point favorites.
