Finally the thread I been waiting for YES!!
Finally the thread I been waiting for YES!!
But you shouldn't give up on Manu either I just want Tmac to get some more minutes
this is gonna fall flat on it's face.
I dislike it when people act like TMac is relevant because of what he accomplished in China..... Ginobili would KILL that league. He still has the smarts and fundamentals, tbh. But against current NBA Talent he struggles to get a quick first step, which was a huge part of his offensive game. Against Chinese talent? 2007 Manu all over again.
A healthy Tmac is better than a healthy ginobili
I am sick of Manu, but would not go this low. I would give minutes to Mills or De Colo before Tmac..
Says the Chinese kid who created an account to reply to this thread..
Tmac can't even score in garbage time. Has he scored 1 point in the postseason? If Spurs lose game 5, I guess you can just throw him in, because the series would be over in 6 or 7.
Stupid thread is stupid
Better question is should TMac help Manu?
The second unit is dysfunctional right now and the question mark on TP's health we can't have the first unit having to make up for a sucky second unit.
Joseph is useless in this series, afraid to shoot, can't make plays, can't defend anyone of importance...
But if you play Boris and TMac all of a sudden you got 3.5 playmakers instead of one and a half (Neal is the half since he can only make plays for himself).
Garbage time is not a good indication of his scoring ability. He needs to be in the heat of it and given the green light.
Yet he looks better driving with the ball than anyone not named Tony Parker.
As much as I have hated Ginobili this series, I'd say no. I think Ginobili will turn it around game 5 tbh
T-Mac was still drawing double teams in garbage time. If he draws double teams with meaningful minutes, that means someone else is always going to be open.
If hes still drawing double teams with meaningful minutes, it means its 2005 and the Spurs are worried about guarding Rip Hamilton and Chauncey Billups, not Dwayne Wade and 4 time MVP Lebron
Tmac because of what he can do and his length will always garner double teams which is why he would be a good option for at least 10 minutes
EXACTLY
If T-Mac gets a shot, he'll probably get CJ's minutes...
Charles Barkley gives his opinion. http://www.nba.com/2013/news/06/14/m...s=iref:nbahpts
Shoot, might as well give him a shot and absorb Tiago's minutes as they spread it around the bench.
I'll stick with Manu over TMac, win or lose.
