I actually believe this.
Miami hasn't lost two in a row in forever. After they lose on sunday public bettors gonna be on them like crazy in miami
Use ur head people don't worry spurs got this... in the end its all about vegas
basically the game 4 rig job was to ensure this, as well as to milk another game in miami. but the money they hose on all the bets on miami to win game 6 will trump the revenue a game 7 couldve earned anyway.
miami fans just getting pumped at this point, jerseys, seats, and now pulling the chair out from under a sure bet with a rig job that allows the spurs to win game 6.
vegas is THE sports town.
There was no rig job in game 4. We got thoroughly outplayed.
7 games for sure either way. These teams are too evenly matched. That is, unless Parker or Manu get hurt.
Yeah because its so easy to figure Vegas out and make loads of money.
Who is "vegas"? Do you realize there are hundreds of bookies in "vegas"?
Do you understand how sportsbooks work? They set a line, take money on that line, and move the line as the money comes in. They win no matter what, usually 15% of the total bets they take though some push that up to 20%. "vegas" doesn't bet on anybody, they're a facilitator of bets.
Stupid
seriously though, the Heat are 1-1.5 faves?![]()
the question you have to ask yourself is,
do you honestly believe this because the evidence bears it out?
or do you believe it because you want it to be true?
It could be possible that the series could be rigged in favor of the Spurs? Is that what is being implied here?
Oh yeah... and Vegas, imho.
I give the Spurs a 25% chance of winning the championship. 50% chance if they win game 5, 0% chance if they don't win game 5.
Game 4 was pops loss. To quote Daryl Royal, 'You dance with the ones who brung ya'.
