After the terrible calls on him in SA there is no reason to believe your wrong. Props to him for bodying up with Lebron, i picked him and neal to be pivotal in this series and both have had there moments. Now hopefully he doesn't fall off the wagon again and keeps it up.

    Expecting consistency from Boris Diaw??

Not a good idea tbh... but yes his size and length definitrly bothers Lebron... he cant be pushed around in the post and easily baits Lebron into taking jumpshots.

I want to say he played James pretty well in the regular season matchups when he was assigned to guarding him too, but maybe my memory is a bit fuzzy.

Boris Diaw is a great defender when he wants to be. He's pretty good at not fouling shots; stays vertical, keeps a hand in the face of the offensive player without initiating contact usually. Those two off ball foul calls on him were just awful calls and not really Boris's fault.

Obviously, though, it takes a team effort to stop Lebron. One man cannot do it alone. It'll have to be a combination of Kawhi, DG, Boris, and Tim.

its suprising to people who get their basketball analyst of ESPN
hes been great vs him when matched up in the reg season
he has the size to body him up in the post and make Lebron more of a jumpshooter which is what SA wants
Lebron knows SA wants it so hes trying hard not to go to it

Not surprised tbh. Can defend all the position and no way Lebron pushes him around in the post. Most underated Spurs at this point, lol at people excluding him of the medium 3 .

Boris can be consistent on defense it's on offense where he's inconsistent.

Not only was he 1-8 but took shots from an average distance of 14.3 feet. The rest of his shots came from 6 feet.
