Props to Boris though. Still dont understand why he didnt see the court in Game 3.
was waiting pop to play diawzilla on lbj since game 2, really happy he did.
We gotta convince him to re sign. He's so smart, he's the prefect Spurs role player.
He had a guy land on his back the game before going to guess he was sore from that.
Pop screwed up by not playing Boris much more in the playoffs, esp vs MIA.
Agree completely. Diaw is a superb passer and a totally bright basketball player. He is a great addition to the playoff run.
He doesn't try to do too much, and he is really helpful to both Tony and Timmy when he is on the court. He knows how to play within the system and is comfortable accepting his role in it. Wish he would shoot more, but he is really helpful nonetheless.
I agree.
Add clause to make sure he enters camp under 1/2 ton.
The fat man can move his feet. Chis Farley would be proud.
Last night was a prime example of where depth pays off. I'm so tired of hearing about depth being overrated in the playoffs...while that may be true in the sense of a 7 man rotation, the Spurs have depth that creates versatility. Versatile depth is a whole different animal.
The ability to take Tiago from pivotal in the West to 8th man playing very few minutes in game 5 and still have guys who were game ready was huge. Of course, even the guys who haven't played have been crucial to the overall effort, because they helped earn a 2 seed while keeping the starters' minutes down.
Actually, youd better pick duck confit, way more in line with Boris backgound. More fat, more meat, comes from around the Bordeaux area.Plus, gruyere is kind of Swiss, rather than french...
We're going to need Tiago more on the road because of his defense. Outscoring the Heat in Miami won't be as easy. We're going to need to get stops.
Maybe, but Diaw might be a better choice even for defense. As long as LeBron isn't raining jumpers, Boris can guard LeBron like last night, and free up Kawhi to cover Wade or provide help defense. But I definitely agree that we need to keep Tiago ready, and that there are some situations where he may end up being crucial.
Diaw has played both James and Wade very well. He needs to get more minutes. Splitter and Bonner shouldn't touch the floor.
It's mostly swiss but there's also a French Gruyère, not in Bordeaux though (the French gruyère has holes, and the Swiss gruyère has no hole).
So, au menu ce soir with Boris, let me propose, en entrée, a plate of Escargots à la bordelaise; en plat principal, a light oeuf cocotte au foie gras with a Sauternes wine, accompagné with une couronne bordelaise bread; en fromage, a Roquefort; en dessert, some canelés de Bordeaux au rhum, et voilà. Bon appé Monsieur Lebron James.

Agreed for the entrée and dessert, though, a light main course would not be fitting for a Boris type feast. It would be just a pre main course, before something based on some Pauillac Lamb with duck fat fried ceps and steamed aspargus.
And for cheese, I would rather go with some Ossau Iraty or Rocamadour, a bit more "local".
Bon, ensuite, ça fait un peu trop dans le stéréotype...
One more game Boris, then you get to eat what you want![]()
