Oh boy, here we go with the fire pop threads
Yes, I'm saying the unthinkable, something I never thought I'd be saying, and yes it's for sitting Duncan like that. That wasn't only stupid, it was extremely arrogant. It showed that Pop thinks the organization is about him and that he controls it, not the players. Tim Duncan is the biggest reason we have 4 championships. If you ask anyone the first name that comes to mind when they hear "San Antonio Spurs", it's Tim Duncan, not Gregg Popovich. What Pop did is disgusting. He didn't only bench the best rebounder on either team, he benched the franchise player, the person that this organization is most loyal to, and this was after him having a monster game. This level of arrogance he showed tonight will be what I remember about him most, and it speaks louder than his 4 championships. Absolutely disgusting, Pop should hear it from the player and fans.

Many peoplemay call me stupid but I think tonight will go down as the end of the Spurs in San Antonio. I can honestly see this franchise moving away in the next decade or so because of what happened tonight.
I've never thought I'd say this to be honest, I've always supported Pop, but what he did tonight is inexcusable and speaks volumes about him as a coach and individual.
Get the out you whiny mopey
I'm not so sure about that, but this may be our last memory of Timmy, Pop, and Manu, and it's a horrible one for two of them.
Always been overrated.Phil Jackson would of coached the Spurs to 6 les.
Pop apologist
6? 5, yes, 6? How so?
06 and 13
Phils teams never choked when championship was in their grasp
