We choked. Officiating had nothing to do with it.
No rigging to be frank. The NBA and Stern were already wheeling out the stage and trophy with 30 seconds to go in Game 6.
Our Spurs are a better team that lost the le more than the Heat won the le because of the Game 6 chokejob but this has nothing to do with Stern or the NBA. They didn' t make Manu and Kawhi to miss free throws at the end of that game. They didn't make Pop bench TD that led to missed rebounds. The Heat did buy their way into the Finals but they were still gifted this year's NBA Championship by our own blunders and they know it deep down inside.
I couldn't fault the officiating in any games tbh
Spurs lost the le in game 6
Heat won the le in game 7
We did choke. No question. But to deny that officiating affected this series is re ed.
Officiating had little to no bearing on this series. Every game was a blowout except for Games 1, 6, and 7. All three were officiated pretty damn well.
I respectfully disagree.
I'm a poster so whatever I post doesn't matter
Every game in Miami, as a whole, was officiated beautifully.
The 3 games in SA were a little sloppy, but far from anywhere near bad in Spurs Playoff terms.
I don't think there was anything amiss but seriously, why even have Joey Crawford reffing that particular game or even this particular series? You take him out of the equation, and there is no real reason to think conspiracy theory.
I also have to disagree regarding game 6. Despite the choke at the end, after rewatching the game, Spurs got shafted on several calls throughout the game. And I know that no one likes to have fouls called in the last second, but Bosh ran into Green before the block at the end.
nobody gives a .
