Eh, didn't mean to. I genuinely miss their burgers; it's been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid and I haven't lived close to any since 2007.

that's the worst. When I went, it was during an off hour and there were maybe 6 people in there including me. it was still incredibly loud and it was because of the stupid kitchen being right there. the only time I care about seeing my food being made is at subway.
I tried burger fi the other day it was pretty good.

In n Out's best trait is its consistency. It's the same no matter where you go. A place like Whataburger can actually be better but is so dependent on whether the employees give a .
P. Terry's is expanding nicely here. Lot's of compe ion in town. Hopefully it makes them all better.
It's probably because they pay their employees pretty well there. I can't think of too many other burger joints that start their workers at like $10.50. The place is usually so busy I think the workers really have to earn that extra $3 an hour vs the ones at Jack in the Crack or McDonalds or Carl's Junior who have time to be lazy though.
I like HopDoddy, the terlingua is great but all the burgers turn into a mess (which I don't mind). I think they are up to two locations here, but I had no idea they had expanded to Dallas and Arizona soon. Same people behind Z Tejas, Moonshine, and a couple others I think.
