First, I would like to see the Germans trying to do all that running that they do with that hot weather and those big ass pitches that Brazil has, tbh.

Not only that, but it's not lot like Bayern and Dortmund are squads comprised of only German-born players... from what I remember, Ribery and Arjen Robben were major contributors to the club's success. I also distinctly remember Dortmund barely escaping the quarter-final stage vs. middle-rung Malaga from La Liga ...
"middle rung"? Yeah, not like they didn't almost finish in the top 4 in a top 3 league in the world, and I think they do if they had CL aspirations this coming season.

whoever wins the confederations cup, I just dont see Spain repeating it next year. they're still the team to beat but it ain't always the best team that will end up winning it, Brazil was the best team in 98 but you know which country lifted the cup in the Stade de France, which also killed Brazil's chance of 3-peating.
Spain also have their own weaklinks. their defensive line is old and fragile (just like Barcelona's), they have half the world's best play-makers in the midfield but the lack of some hardcore ball winners will take its price. Alonso and Xavi are well past their primes, Javi Martinez is a strong presence in defense but his passing & vision ain't nowhere close to Alonso or Xavi imho. I was a front runner of that team from 08 to 12, and I'm still gonna root for them next year (except when they play Sweden though) but I predict some other team (brazil or Germany) will end up winning it all.

The confed Cup is the mother of all jinx cups
Whoever wins this doesnt win the next WC

Poor Uruguay, that Uruguay brother in here is probably slitting his wrists as I speak.

Fair statement you made at the end, even though I think Brasil still has no chance at winning the World Cup next year, when you watch them play you don't see a "team", you see "individualism", Brasil still doesn't convince me, might be just me though. Also, Spain are clear favorites today just like they will be on the upcoming World Cup, Spain is the only team I see winning at any stadium, they've gone through so much adversity that they probably laugh at the thought of people booing them, I expect Spain to make Brasil look foolish today, not because Brasil is bad, but because Spain just likes raising their on these kind of situations.
The reason why I like watching Spain is because their so smooth with their passing, while some might find having possession of the ball at all times boring, I find it exciting, even when all of that passing leads to nothing, I just love love how they find their way out of tight spaces. Best team I've ever seen, probably because I have such short memory when it comes to Futbol, seeing that I'm barely 19, still, you cannot say you don't love them.
