I had the best margarita in my life last weekend at the Taco Garage on Broadway; frozen in the machine but with real limes, not margarita mix.But the margaritas are good.
For $1.50 they aren't bad.

I was surprised how good it was, ended up there because it was walking distance (too tipsy to drive) from where we were drinking at the Big Hops Growler Station. And they have delicious puffy tacos too, now I know what the fuss is all about
I'm depending on this pedicure followed by a 2 martini lunch to get me out of this funk......

Dispatched to a nursing home in South Miami (supposedly one of the better ones), and here's how it went...
Me: What's wrong with the patient?
RN: Altered mental status. She hasn't been herself the past week. Decline in function, so she needs to be evaluated at the hospital.
Me: OK. {Looks through her paperwork}. I notice she has DM, what was her sugar?
RN: The attending RN didn't write it down, but she just took it 15 minutes ago.
I go in to assess the pt, and she's largely unresponsive. She has no O2 on her or IV access. Check sugar...glucometer reads: "High"
