They just reposted the db.com article. Capwise i don't see how this even works if they want dwight. Presumably they're doing this to get Dwight to sign with Dallas. My only guess is they want a deal in place, tell Dwight they need him to sign first before they finalize this deal. Have no idea if that breaks any free agency rules tho
