Most Americans cry foul if a Defense Attorney puts the victim of an alleged rape on trial instead of focus on the defendant. But putting the victim of a Murder on trial and ignoring the defendant? All the sudden the public seems to be OK with it. Meanwhile, crackers literally said, "Karma's a " when Johnny Cochran died.
To defend the Defense Attorney everybody has the right to a defense. Even pieces of like Zimmerman. But the public (especially cracker) reaction to this whole trial is very telling. And I really hope you house ******s are paying attention the next time you want to defend crackers.
Because it doesnt matter if Trayvon was a thug...or a triple axe murderer. Zimmerman didnt know that at the time via some magical background check beamed into his brain from FBI Headquarters. He didnt know whether Trayvon was a good or bad person. He didnt know about Trayvon other than he was Young and black. So he followed him. Trayvon wasnt having it. Started a fight and ended up killing an innocent person.
If he walks for this (and there's a good chance he will) it will be further proof of what I've been saying all along. Crackers are truly and hopelessly evil. But Ill be more pissed if blacks dont see the same thing. I mean damn how many examples do you stupid s need?
If they are foolish enough to pursue a civil suit all the negative stuff about Saint Trayvon...the drug use, the stolen jewelry, the school suspensions, the gangsta poses, the texts..all the stuff that has been excluded from the criminal trial becomes fair game in civil litigation...
They haven't put Martin on trial you ignorant . All the bad unearthed about Trayvon has ben excluded from evidence. They are just trying the facts of the case.
IMO this whole thing never would have happened if both people acted intelligently and civil. It took stupidity on both sides.
GZ never should have stalked the kid. There was no legitimate reason to.
GZ should have told TM what his business was because he lacked any reasonable su ion to withhold his iden y.
TM shouldn't have initiated physical confrontation, especially in a State that has stand your ground law. He should have been more diplomatic (ie why are you following me).
TM never should have threatened GZ's life while he was beating him up. His threat is what triggered GZ to draw and shoot.
In the end, both should've and could've taken measures to keep it from escalating. But because of SYG law and because his life was threatened, GZ won't get a hefty punishment. You don't threaten someone's life and expect not to pay dearly. But GZ should pay dearly for racially profiling the kid.
he's on trial in the public eye, my friend. the smear campaign of a innocent kid armed with nothing more than a can of sweet green tea and exotic skittles gave cowardman supporters the ammo they needed to help defend their support of the kid killer.
only in ameriKKKa does the public expect a kid who was being followed by a stranger, at night, to think rational and intelligently.

I'm actually the one that has educated myself on the FACTS of the case instead of reacting like a hysterical and emotional little like you did..
cowardman's life is ruined. he will once again have to make a plea to his supporters for money so that he can move out of the state, maybe even the country and pay off the civil suit. he has no skills(if he did, he wouldn't be a grown man bumming it out on his dad's couch) applied for the police academy and was denied. he has a criminal record as an adult including assault against a woman(more cowardly acts), will always be remembered as that white-hispanic guy who killed that black kid. his life is in ruins. i bet he wishes he just took that ass whoopin' like a man. i bet he regrets profiling tray and carrying a loaded weapon that night. none of this would have happened.

If it's so obvious GZ is a terrible dude and the African American President of the United States is backing Trayvon and multiple famous and influential NBA stars are backing him and there is obvious damming evidence, why wouldn't he go to jail?
there is outrage when innocent children die because of violence. i have yet to see a innocent child get murdered by thugs and the community site idle. most recently was a little girl who was killed by thugs in chicago, ya boy obama even spoke out about that.
only time the media cares about kids dying and being kidnapped is when its white children, true story.
