I'm not sure about it but according to what I heard from other people, the new CBA makes it very difficult to lure any big name to leave his original team for yours. teams did such s quite often in the past years, like B-diddy to Clippers and Brand to Philly, but we haven't seen any blockbuster FA signing since the merger of Superfriends in 10, which happened before the new CBA was implemented
