He can ask, but as politically charged as this case is with the dumbasses like Trill and Creepin all worked up there is no way the judge dismisses it.
The evidence is so overwhelming in favor of the defense, I would think that at some point Mark O'Mara would ask that the case be dismissed. Why take a chance and let 6 crazy women decide?....Well, POSSIBLY crazy.

I see a lot of claims and very little analysis from the Zimmerman crowd. The closest I have seen was CC's claim of what 'independent lawyers' conclusions have been.

My interest in this case has more to do with how it underscores how race dominates our politics and how FLorida laws are pretty asinine.
I just think it's funny how you three are acting. It seems more like a pep rally, "We're gonna win," than it does any interest in analysis. That goes back to my first point.
I don't care who 'wins.' Kid remains dead and I learned long ago to reserve judgment when dealing with those you have no interaction with.

so i'm hearing that a nurse or doctor or whatever was making o'mara look foolish. heard he was trying his best to discredit her and get her to say cowardman's injuries life threatening but she wouldn't budge.

yup. but i exposed them a long time ago as fake "unbiased" posters. they claim both tray and cowardman are "idiots" yet all their rhetoric and links have been pro zimmerman mixed in with words like "niglet". they keep acting like they aren't on cowardman's side yet haven't posted not 1 article or post pointing out the inconsistencies in cowardmans statements.

this case has all the symptoms of a mistrial. ty police procedure, bad evidence, ty prosecution, ty judge, etc, etc

I am sure he will ask the court to rule that the prosecution has failed to meet its burden of proof before he offers any testimony. This is a fairly common practice in criminal law, even when the prosecution has overwhelmingly met its burden. It would be malpractice to not ask tbh.
Do you have any specific evidence or testimony that you want to discuss in detail? I think there has been a lot of good material to discuss here and some good posts. There has also been a lot of racist crap that is boring.
She appeared to me to be a either a paid witness or at least one sympathetic to the prosecution. Her testimony that the injuries on the back of GZ's head were consistent with being impacted on the sidewalk ONE TIME was incredulous. You can accuse GZ to lying out his ass, but when I accuse someone on your side of the argument, you get your panties in a bunch.

It's not these guys that should be disbarred, it's that special prosecutor . It was all politics with her and not the law.

Yes, that's what I meant. This never warranted an arrest, trial, etc. It's a waste of tax dollars and appeasing the people who play the race cards.

Trill has been pretty good about posting transcript snippets. The point I am trying to make is that boobie, CC, fabs et al are just holding a pep rally rather than really address specifics for the most part.
If there were any inconsistencies in Zimmerman's story, they were inconsequential, so much so, the investigators weren't troubled by it. GZ thought he had told the dispatcher TM circled the car when in fact he hadn't mentioned it. Whoop Dee Freaking Doo. Somebody please tell me of any MAJOR inconsistencies in his story.
