with some sort of luck Battier retires in the next couple of years and that won't be an issue anymore, tbh...

Splitter can still improve but even an upgraded version of him (with better muscles and quickness) would only be barely worth 9m a year imho. He's a good player but apparently overpaid, by Spurs' standard of course
