He's got the old Duncan strain in him. Compe ive, fond of mind games, doesn't make himself look stupid.

Damn, I would love Jimmer to be that second ballhandler for the Spurs. It's sad to see him waste his talent in Sacramento.

I think if we could get all three of them (Kawhi, Kawaii and Kiwi) we'd be staaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack'd

He would look nice running the backup point not saying it'll happen. Who'd you have in mine, Deron Williams?

No, he wouldn't look nice running the backup point. He'd look worse than Gary Neal trying to play that role. Jimmer's a great shooter, but that's all he brings. The Spurs already have shooters. Sacramento only plays him at point because they feel compelled to get him on the floor given the draft pick they spent on him.

Jimmer is a great shot-creator, although there's a lot more to be desired when it comes to playmaking. If Danny ing Green became a top 10 SG with the Spurs, how much better would Jimmer get? Sure he's not an elite SG, but he's good enough to be deliver 13-15 PPG off the bench.
