You seriously didn't watch the finals, dude.
I made a thread quantifying the team's performance against the Big Three and Co. Not only did I watch the Finals, but I did so again and again.

LeBron never successfully posted Boris that's a fact. Now I don't remember every minute of game 7 but it was still obvious that Boris did the best job overall.
There are multiple ways to post someone up. He never backed Diaw down, but he did post then blow by him. Diaw did a great job at moving his feet earlier in the series, but by the end, James was clearly beating him.

Yea he doesn't know what the word "sacrifice" means. That word probably doesn't even register in his foreign vocabulary either.
It's sad, and its hard but its fair. I kind of like seeing this happen to the Lakers because not because I'm spiteful or anything. It's because there organization and fans think there perfect in every sense and that there Gods gift to earth. My lady is a Lakers fan and first thing she said when they lost Howard was "he wasn't bout that life", really? She just doesn't know what she's in for this year as a lakers fan. she almost broke 2 tvs last Lakers season, I'm a lil scared of the outcome this season.

Kobe has one year left on his contract worth $30m, and he's injured. If he's not projected to play or contribute next season, why not amnesty him? He can still rehab and you re-sign him to a new deal next year. You're still paying him his salary, you just aren't paying the luxury tax associated with it.
Fans won't see it that way though. They'll take the amnesty as an insult, especially with Jim Buss running the show. Just look at our own fans. Everyone was worried that Manu would retire or play for a different team, even though we all know deep down that if the FO had asked him to take less $$$ he might have done it or maybe they did but he's just being greedy. Who know how the talk played out. I still think Manu should have taken the initiative to make a little sacrifice on his salary for the team. TD and TP did it.

Who was the best Lebron defender?
Leonard. He was the hammer constantly pounding James.

True, the man puts butts in seats. I mean we just experienced a similar scenario with our own Spurs. A lot of objective fans like myself wanted Ginobili out of the team or to resign for the veteran's minimum. What happened? FO went with the loyalty route and overpaid a 35 year old SG (more like 39 because of the intensity he plays with and the beating he's taken throughout his career) a good $7M year contract when that extra $$$ could have come in handy in helping us sign a better FA than Belinelli. I'm still hopeful that the FO has A's under their sleeve and can bring in a decent player.
That's what it all comes down too. You think Belinelli will be a good addition?

Well, there were reports of the Spurs being hot after a league minimum PF (Kenyon Martin..), so maybe this fills that void for them for whatever reason.

I think it's close but I wasn't impressed ultimately. Liked him better on Wade.

We all did. Wade isn't as good as James is, so Leonard was more sucessful against him. But Kawhi had to guard James during all the big moments. The fact that he held James down for so long is beyond admirable.

Ah, he's a slightly better and bigger version than Gary Neal. Statistically, Neal is slightly better than Belinelli as far as shooting FG% goes. I don't think that Belinelli will shoot the contested jumpers that Gary Neal did, in other words, we won't be wishing that Belinelli get cut on the spot as much as we did with Neal just because of the better shot selection.

So is Pendergraph a Bonner replacement or an option as backup 3?

He's a legitimate big with really good athleticism who hustles hard and can hit from mid-range. He's definitely not a three.

Boylen was in charge of development of the Pacers bigs. It's almost a certainty that he told Pop and RC that Pendergraph was worth going after.

Some people on here were saying the offense and system spurs have will increase Belinelli numbers, because of the open looks out shooters get. I looked him up on YouTube and I like when he would put it on the floor and drop it off. Not saying he's Manu but i seen flashes from the video I watched.
