    Cuban just felt bored of spending maybe. He just wants to same some money in the tough economy and he doesnt really need to use the Triple D shtick to fool us, I can understand him because I would've probably done just the same in his position. Can't really blame Cuban tbh, he already burned too much money through the 2000s and I'm content enough with the one le that we won in 2011. one better than none, at the very least

    Classic mono rant btw. Last time we saw it was when TC joined us, hope Jose will also turn out to be a successful signing. mono's reverse-jinx never disappoints me

    I will take a ty Mavs team with 1 Larry O'Brien trophy over a ty Mavs team with no Larry O'Brien trophies. With that being said, I want the Mavs to at least make the playoffs a couple more times before they fall off the map completely.

    i dont see that happening this season and next,

    what i like to see the mavs do is sign t he best talent FA available in europe, guys who actually want to play...not the leftovers of the nba who are only interested in the paycheck...

    im certain you can build a team out of non-americans and can compete in t he nba for a playoff spot...

    Mavs will come back to the playoff table next season, probably even make the 2nd round but I don't see them contending for another le anytime soon. Just start building from ground up gradually and we'll be eventually back to our old height I believe. You can't expect a le contender to be made overnight, it seemed like we became a champion team over night in 10-11 when in fact we had been a perennial playoff team 10 years prior. I hope I will be able to see a bit progress being made day by day, then I'll be a happy mavs fan
