yeah but you dont get balls with your head, you get them with your hands
and kawhi has a really good wingspan

speaking of wingspan pittman has a 7'6" wingspan on a 6'11" frame.
That would be my guess. Even though I can't really think of a specific benefit to it, staying on good terms with the guy coaching a major college program in the same city that your d-league team is in just seems like something you should do.
Gotcha. I don't think it matters all that much what Baynes does in summer league either. For him it's about how he does in training camp & preseason.
If he works out for us we have a big man coach for him too. Probably reason there trying him out in summer league to see if he worth developing.
Who has the best chance to make the Spurs roster? Thomas, Scott, or Pittman?
Is Bertans going to play on the SL squad?
Betrans is rehabbing from a torn ACL.
Durand Scott has a consistent tear drop from the free throw line in his game.....he has the best chance of making team in summer leage IMO
Pretty good prospect for summer league, tbh.
But the Spurs are suddenly deeeep at center (Duncan, Splitter, Baynes, Teddy Pendergrass) so I doubt he has a chance to make the team. Could be a draw in Austin, though.
I hope this nickname catches on.
Dexter Pittman is a poor man's Dejuan Blair. How stupid has this offseason been?
If Thomas knocks down his 3's he's a lock, especially since there is no backup SF.
He's got more rings than Kawhi, Danny, and Tiago combined![]()
It's a summer league invite. You can't get too picky with those guys. Virtually none of them ever pan out (with the rare exception of say, Gary Neal). Summer League is more about getting your draft picks and young players some court time, not finding talent.
Screw that guy, he's a little
Pittman can't make a layup and he makes DH look like ray allen at the line.
Not if Kawhi wears Thomas's magic 2" shoes. Then he'd be 6'8".![]()
if Kawhi wore stilettos, he'd probably be a legit 7 footer!
He's around Baynes' level tbh. Can't play without fouling out and just a big body. He should kill the summer league like he did the D league though. He just can't make the jump to the next level. He also didn't fit in the Heat's system.
