RB Larenzo Stewart of Klein Oak has committed to Nebraska.
He has been to Arkansas like nine times already or something crazy. I'm not sure if he has a connection to that school but he's always favored them followed by OU. I like him a lot and would take him over both Garza and Vahe for 2015.

I like them too!
Rumor on OrangeBloods that 2015 S Johnny Shaw is going to be transferring to West Orange-Stark and will be lining up next to 2015 S Deionte Thompson.
Looks like we can move OL Joseph Paul of New Orleans, LA back into the category of realistic targets. He's saying he will be in Austin on July 27th, according to 24/7. This is the third or fourth time he's scheduled a visit to campus since committing to Florida and he's never made it, so we'll see if he shows up. Personally, I hope he doesn't show because UT doesn't need additional guards in the 2014 class and I don't feel he's a take if his teammate weren't the the best RB in the country.
DE Victor Evans will also be in town on July 27th, per 24/7.
Update on DE Solomon Thomas from an anonymous source (24/7):
“I wouldn’t call these favorites,” said the source. “I think that right now he’s interested in just a few main schools. Texas, of course, is in it, the California schools he’s visited (Stanford and UCLA), Ohio State, Alabama and Notre Dame would be the ones I feel like he’s mainly interested in.”
“From what he’s told me he wants to get it down to right around five schools,” the source said. “I’m thinking he’ll go to five or six schools right when the season begins or right before it. The plan for him at this moment is to take five official visits, then narrow it down again and make a decision.”
“I feel like they’ll (Texas) be in it until the very end,” the source said. “They are a team he’s always really liked, so I can’t imagine a scenario where they aren’t in it until the day he makes his decision. I’m not saying he’ll pick Texas, but they should always be an option.”
Quotes from OL Joseph Paul on his recruitment (24/7):
“I’m going out there (Austin) on July 27,” Paul said. “I’m just trying to make sure that I’m making the right decision by choosing Florida. There's always a chance that I could change my mind if I had a really good visit.”
“I’ve still been hearing from them (Texas),” he said. “Honestly though, Jermaine (Roberts) is really the one doing all the recruiting. The coaches send messages through him for me as well. Personally, he tells me that Texas is the team I need to come to. The coaches tell him to tell me they need me and want me to be a Longhorn and that type of stuff.”
“Them having Jermaine (Roberts) is something that really helps them,” said Paul. “Plus, they have Courtney (Garnett) committed to them and I know that Leonard (Fournette) really likes them a lot, too. With those guys all looking at Texas or being committed to them, then I have to be as well.”
Per 24/7, another prospect who will return to Austin on July 27th is 2015 CB Kris Boyd of Gilmer.

Quotes from 2015 DT Daylon Mack on his recruitment (24/7). He's told both A&M and Texas sites that Alabama is not in the running:
“I’m not going to be committing anywhere anytime soon,” Mack said. “At this point I’m not thinking about committing right now and I’m not really heavily leaning on any school anymore like I was. I just plan to take my time out and check out certain schools.”
“Texas has a good chance just like Texas A&M does,” he said. “At this point I’m not sure where I'll go now. I’m definitely equal and high on both of them. They’re both sitting in the same spot now.”
“Now it's Texas and Texas A&M at the top,” Mack explained. “Then it’s Miami, Clemson and Texas Tech making up the rest of my list.”
“I talked to Coach (Bo) Davis and rescheduled my visit,” said Mack. “I’ll be coming down there on July 27 and I can’t wait to get down there and visit. When talking to him I also explained to him that I’m wide open now and Texas was a school I’m strongly considering.”
“One of the things I’m looking forward to the most is getting to chill with Coach Davis,” Mack said. “He is my favorite defensive line coach out of everyone I’ve met in this process. So getting down there to get to hang out with him and be around him is very big. I’m looking forward to that a lot really.”
“I think I’ll be making it by the end of this upcoming season,” he said. “I’ll make it after I see more from my favorite schools.”
The latest with S John Bonney of Houston Lamar (OrangeBloods):
"My family and I are going to sit down and talk about everything, try to get down to a decision," Bonney said. "I'd rather just get it together, do what we have to do to make a decision."
"I have 30-something offers. I know I'm not going to go to all of those schools, but I don't even really know the number (that are still under consideration). That's how crazy this stuff is," Bonney said. "There are some schools that you think about and some that you say 'They're really good but I'd need to look into them more.' But all that stuff has to get cut down pretty soon."
"They're (Texas) definitely on my list. It's a great school," Bonney said. "Coach Akina's track record is awesome. They're one of the schools that I've liked since they've offered me. Especially being in Texas - I plan on living in Texas so that's always a good thing."
"But being out on the West Coast, it's pretty nice weather and being able to see Stanford was good. The academics are great, as well as Cal-Berkely and UCLA. And my brother lives out here, so I have family out here too. It's a tough decision. I can only go to one school, so I have to figure that out."
"That definitely helps (good academics). With my dad being a lawyer, he knows the importance of academics. So that definitely plays a big part and helps some schools," Bonney said. "A perfect example is Cal - they didn't do great this year on the field, but they have good academics and that draws my family and me to that. Stanford had a great year and is good in football. That (academics) is a big factor."
"It's Texas. They have some luxuries that most schools don't have," Bonney said. "Beyond the football point, politics and all that stuff, they know people that you want to know, especially in the business world."
Are there pics of what's replacing Players (the business school extension)?
Too many times I would order a double cheeseburger, shake, and mozz sticksI lived at 18th and West and it was just down the street. Ahh, 20s metabolisms
