Actress Scarlett Johansson continues to clean house in the Los Angeles real estate market.Last year she sold the Wong House in Los Feliz for $3.5 million and now she has unloaded what Celebuzz calls her “bachelorette pad” in Hollywood for $470,000, public records show.
The unit, with city views, features one bedroom, two bathrooms, marble countertops and 1,148 square feet of living space. Amenities at the building, constructed in 1965, include a doorman, a swimming pool and a gym. The condo was purchased in 2003 for $372,000. Daniel Lam of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Ian Rhodes of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills represented the buyer.

According to property records, the 28-year-old Avengers star bought the high-rise digs in 2003 for a mere $372K and very well may have used it as an investment property over the last decade while she’s been calling the Big Apple home. (And it paid off, putting an extra $100,000 in her pocket.)
Records show she actually put it on the market in 2010, only to remove it twice within a few months. I guess third time's the charm three years later.
The designer 1-bedroom, 2-bath abode is completely remodeled with gleaming hardwood floors, marble countertops, stone and wood paneled walls, and other luxe features like a pool, gym, rec room, valet and 24-hour doorman all at her perfectly manicured fingertips.
The top floor unit also has gorgeous views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown L. A. and is just minutes from all the celeb attractions.

When I was playing NBA live last night (with the latest data, Calderon & Devin both in Dallas) I was actually not thinking about that goddess for a while tbh. But whenever I get back on spurstalk my avatar keeps reminding me of her, despite how hard I try to not think about that . Am I kind of a stalker now? Probably yes, at least the way I hebave makes people think me as one. I need to get back to normal life and wean myself off the obsession before the school begins and that's why I've picked up some old habits such as masturbating and video game, things I was basically out of during those obsession-dominated days. I'm still kinda obsessed but no longer to such an excessive level like I was tbh.
