So Kobe, Nash, the FO, Laker greats of past vintage cons ute fans? The media is bigger in L.A. so naturally it makes it seem like the meltdown was Fukushima proportion I'd say the celebs had a bigger meltdown than most fans. I never felt that Howard had a sense of belonging in the L.A. spotlight. It was never a match and well, there has been an unusual response by the Lakers by posting those head shaking billboards begging for him to stay. Can't make someone stay when their heart isn't in it. So, while it was an unfinished chapter--he'd rather be in H-Town and the both parties should move on.

Lakerfans by far, it's like they have never been dumped before and now on /whine/complain mode. Sucks that other legit lakerfans get generalized by some of these assholes who say they don't give a about D-Ho but yet can't stop mentioning him.

I was looking forward to an offseason of ESPN and the like questioning LeBron--but noooooooo couldn't deal the deal. Had to hear the 4 or 5 supposed 'Heat' fans cheer like banshees at my local watering hole. I swore one of them cats was wearing a B-Griffin jersey earlier in the season. Oh well, c'est la in' vie. Yeah people may be salty but then again--that's about the most emotion I had seen out of the L.A. area this whole season.

OK, hes mad because something didnt go the way he wanted for his team.. Just proving that hes more of a fan than you are, at least he talks and doesnt give a ..thats a real fan imho.
Trust me he's not. He once admitted that if the Lakers or any LA team isn't doing well, he's probably not gonna watch. That doesn't sound like a real fan. And I don't fault Howard for leaving. Look at the situation e was in and he did what was best for himself. I can never hate on anyone who does what's best for himself. Because it didn't go his way, he whines like someone stole his Tonka Truck instead of saying do what's best for you and yours.

Why would you want to watch something that i should say "hurts" i guess.. like are you gonig to watch the Lakers if we are down 30? odds are you wont. tbh, i dont know why we are arguing about ice cube, as for Dwight, i do agree that Houston was the best situation for him as a ball player, young talent, bright future, and no income tax... my only issue with the giant seamen machine didnt have to go all decision-esque and every ounce of attention in the world. he had for ever to think about it, he should of just said HOU in a tweet or something rather than change his mind and now hes 50/50, and this and that.. Grow the up dwight. you have 8 kids.

he's a free agent which means he could go all Decision and have vists from multiple teams. Bryant did it as well when he was a free agent and came close to signing with the Clippers. And we're not arguing about Cube. He's a fan and he was pissed. So be it. But what was Howard supposed to do? If Cube was a "real fan", he would have seen that. Don't get on stage and scream down Howard, scream down Buss for choosing MDA over Howard.

First of Kobe's free agency was nothing like dwights, everyone knew kobe was staying with the Lakers, and it was just all a publicity stunt to bring in some more fire power. I have no problem with the team visits and all that thats cool, but the way he handled the whole situation was very immature.

what he did in Orlando was immature. What he did a week ago wasn't. Discussed and talked over with a few squads. Most people didn't know where he was going. Either the Lakers, Mavs or Rockets and at one point, it seemed like Dallas was the spot. As long as he didn't break any laws, he's well within his right to have team fondle his nuts including having the Lakers put up #STAYD12 all over the city.

Everyone except for Kirby himself apparently, since he had verbally committed to the Clippers, tbh.....

Except they ended up having LESS firepower, because they capitulated on Kirby's demands that they trade Shaq

tough call tbh... the begging perhaps makes it a different compe ion, for the cavs it was mostly disappointment, for the lakers it was simply epic saltiness .

Then you're thinking of his trade demands, not his free agency like you said (and I had responded to).... and you're STILL wrong about it being a ploy, he was going as far as making demands about which players the Bulls could and couldn't trade for him
