Not yet. Pretty much hinges on how the Martin S&T deal gets structured. If Minny dumps Ridnour off to Milwaukee as part of the deal, there's still some hope. If it's a straight Martin/TE swap, then Minny had to have renounced AK to pull it off.

Dan Gilbert should be facilitating the Spurs's acquisition of Kirilenko. He should be doing anything he can to stop Miami from a three peat.

It's not totally dead because Kirilenko's rights haven't been renounced so a S&T is still theoretically possible but the body start getting seriously cold.

Thread isn't over yet, but things are a of a lot more difficult than they were 30 minutes ago. The Spurs using their MLE on Belinelli just officially eliminates the possibilities of having used cap space to get AK, or giving AK the full MLE. The death blow doesn't come until Minny renounces AK or AK signs elsewhere.
