    there has been no convincing argument made to get a guilty sentence. either the courts gave and an innocent man gets sacrificed to appease the blacks, or he walks. we'll find out shortly.

    State didn't prove its case. More importantly, the defense proved beyond a reasonable doubt that it was self-defense and they didn't even have the burden of proof.
