BARKLEY: I feel sorry that young kid got killed, but they didn’t have enough evidence to charge them. Something clearly went wrong that night. Clearly something went wrong, and I feel bad for anybody who loses a kid. But if you looked at the case and you don’t make it — there was some racial profiling, no question about it. But something happened that changed the dynamic of that night. And I know, and that’s probably not a popular opinion among most people, but just looking at the evidence I agree with the verdict.
I just feel bad because I don’t like when race gets out in the media, because I don’t think the media has a pure heart, as I call it. There are very few people have a pure heart when it comes to race. Racism is wrong in any, shape, form. There are a lot of black people who are racist too. I think sometimes when people talk about racism they act like only white people are racist. There are a lot of black people who are racist. And I don’t like when it gets out there in the media because I don’t think the media has clean hands. I don’t think the media has clean hands.

And, like I said, I feel sorry that young kid got killed, but just judging by the evidence, I don’t think that guy should have went to jail for the rest of his life, because something happened bad that night obviously.

And let me say, Mr. Zimmerman was wrong to, he was racial profiling.
    BARTIROMO: Absolutely.
BARKLEY: But I think Trayvon Martin, God rest his soul, I think he did flip the switch and start beating the out of Mr. Zimmerman. But it was just a bad situation. And like I said, the main thing I feel bad for, it gives every white person and black person who is racist a platform to vent their ignorance.
    god bless this

Damn, this has no idea what's coming to him. He'll get disowned by the black race.

He already really has...Allen Iverson shut him down yrs ago when he criticized A.I for his style...A.I told him he's never done a single thing to help a single black person and Barkley shut the up real quick...it's disgusting to think that you can racially profile a kid, then criminally profile a kid, start with that kid, and then kill the kid... I said it b4 and I'll say it again. Racheal Jeantel might be an uneducated dumb looking black teen but I believe her 100%. Her portrayal of Trayvon as calling this guy a creepy cracka and also showed balance if nothing else. She could have painted Trayvon in nothing but a glowing light but she didn't. She told it like she heard it...When she also said she heard Trayvon yell get off me there's no doubt in my mind that Zim approached him and in his wanna be cop mode tried to detain him because without knowing Trayvon he already thought the kid was a criminal...but once he tried to detain or grab Trayvon he got a quick punch to the face from a kid who already knew he was following him and was likely scared as ...remember Trayvon was 16 yrs old and 20 days...he thought and acted like a kid that age.

Zim would have rational and reasonable minded people like Kool believe that this skinny kid with Candy and Tea, talking to his girlfriend on the phone the whole time while trying to get back home to finish watching the NBA All-Star game, who knew he was being followed and was likely scared, all of a sudden turned into an enraged gangsta killer, jumping out of the bushes, circling his car, reaching into his pockets as if he had a gun, and telling him he's going to die tonight. It's completely laughable...the reason he told that story is because he needed to turnTrayvon into a criminal in order to justify the murder. If Trayvon wasn't a criminal then he knew he would be found guilty so he made this complete fabrication of a story up and everything that Zim did to this kid he turned it around to make Trayvon a criminal. If Zim has no gun with the intention of using it he simply does not stalk the kid in the night..No sane person is going to follow-up a "criminal" in the night unless they're ready to use deadly force in my world it simply doesn't happen. Zim knew if all else failed he had the great equalizer. His gun with the safety off...

Listen I've seen a lot fights in my day...whether in school, college, in the MMA ring, and on the streets and I will say this...he likely grabbed the kids arm as was stated by Racheal Jeantel...He then received a quick and single punch to the nose from Trayvon and then he immediately reached for his gun...Trayvon saw him reaching for it and that's when the struggle started...(now I've listened to my parents many legal cases over the years and I know all about the anatomy of a fight)...once they started struggling they went to the ground and Trayvon was yelling for help...why? Because he was trying to prevent this guy from getting hold of his gun...they were on the ground in life or death moment, Zim hit his head on the sidewalk but the struggle over the gun continued. Trayvon was still yelling up because he was desperate to prevent him from getting that gun. Zim was able to finally get it and fire close range while Trayvon was still on top.

It was calculated and well aimed and right where he wanted it...Zim said he was unsure if the shot hit Trayvon at first...but he didn't fire a 2nd shot and once the first shot was fired the screaming for help stopped immediately. If he's unsure he shot him why didn't he fire again and why did he stop screaming for help at the moment of the first shot...why? Because Zim (the man with the gun) was never yelling for help...he had his weapon (the great equalizer) and didn't need help...he didn't shoot a second time because he knew he hit the kid right where he wanted...again for those of you inexperienced in fighting and real confrontation this is the anatomy of it...and this is likely the real story of how Zim got away with murder...

Sure there's way too much black on black crime...(and white on white for that matter) but this is more than about crime this is about the majority in this country (advocating gun rights) thinking it's ok to murder blacks of any age because of your own personal perceptions. You're insane if you really believe this happens to a white kid walking home..he would not have been racially profiled to begin with. Listen I'm all for racial profiling but here's the problem with it....when you do it and you up (like Zim did) you should have to pay the ultimate price. Youi shouldn't be allowed to profile the wrong person, kill that person, and claim self-defense. It's a complete malfeasance of Justice and it's a no brainer Eric Holder will have no choice but to go after Zim on civil rights charges....it must be done...

As a kid I was once Trayvon walking home in my hoodie, and any number of whites could have approached me and done the same thing...My heart will always go out to the kid ..

PS: People in this country have more LOVE and sympathy for the white kid that killed and maimed (via bomb) all those people in Boston more than they do Trayvon...quiet an indictment on the true morality of 'God fearing Christians' in this country

Charles Barkley can take his disgusting fat ass straight to where's his soul is already waiting...and if you disagree with anything I've typed today I dare you to challenge me intellectually on any of my points...I'm 100% confident and certain there's not a single person on this board or anywhere else than can win this argument against me on reasonable doubt of Zim's account...I wish I were prosecuting this case...

one final point of clarification before I head to the gym...Barkley talks about physical evidence...well let Kool give you the "KEY" piece of physical evidence and in many ways the only piece of physical evidence you need. That Physical evidence is the first lie recorded on tape. It ALL starts with this:
911 Dispatch: "Are you following him?"
    Zimmerman: "Yes"
911 Dispatch: "Ok Please don't do that"
Zimmerman: "These Assholes always get away"

    Interview on Fox News...
Sean Hannity: "Were you following him"
Zimmerman: "No - I was just going in the same general direction"
^ this right here is the genesis for me...the first lie told...this is the most crucial piece of physical evidence that for whatever reason everyone is simply overlooking. After this first lie will someone tell me on what basis should I believe anything else Zimmerman has to say...No really what's the basis of Zim's account be truthful after this "blatant" lie on Fox News? Any brave souls willing to answer this question honestly...no wait I already know the basis of why you still believe him.. this is all I need to know the guy Zim is a joke.

here's an analogy: You ask your wife:

Q - "Did you have sex with your co-worker while I was away for business last weekend?"
A - "No - He came over to the house, we kissed but he only rubbed his tip on the outside but didn't put it in..."
You ask her again next week:
Q- "Did you have sex with your coworker while I was away?"
A - "No we only showered together once, kissed but there was no touching at all"
Do you now believe her change up lie in light of her initial story?

    Lie to me please

Please. He's a racist & a race baiter, nothing more. And Media eats this kind of greedily. Once again a prime similarity to the Lakers looking to hire a coach after getting Howard last year. Who'd Media lodge in the middle of every short list of 5 or 6 candidates? Stan Van Gundy. The s.

Not guilty: The verdict in the manslaughter trial of Roderick Scott. After more than 19 hours of deliberations over two days, a jury acquitted the Greece man in the shooting death of Christopher Cervini, 17, last April.
"I just want to say thank you to the people who believed in me, who stood by me,” Scott said following the verdict. “I still have my regrets for the Cervini family; it's still an unfortunate situation for them. I am happy that at least this chapter is over."

As deliberations dragged on over two days and the jury asked for testimony to be read back, Scott admits he didn't know how it would all turn out.

"I was nervous of course,” he said. “You never know what direction this whole thing is going to turn, so I have no idea. But it worked out and I feel that justice (was) served today."

Cervini's family members say justice wasn't served. They say Christopher was murdered in cold blood, that he'd never been in trouble and Scott acted as judge, jury and executioner.

"The message is that we can all go out and get guns and feel anybody that we feel is threatening us and lie about the fact,” said Jim Cervini, Christopher’s father. “My son never threatened anybody. He was a gentle child, his nature was gentle, he was a good person and he was never, ever arrested for anything, and has never been in trouble. He was 16 years and four months old, and he was slaughtered."

Scott says he acted in self defense when he confronted Cervini and two others saying they were stealing from neighbors cars. He told them he had a gun and ordered them to freeze and wait for police.

Scott says he shot Cervini twice when the victim charged toward him yelling he was going to get Scott.

"How can this happen to a beautiful, sweet child like that?” asked Cervini’s aunt Carol Cervini. “All he wanted to do was go home. And then for them to say, he was saying, 'Please don't kill me. I'm just a kid,' and he just kept on shooting him."

Scott says the last seven months have been difficult for him and his family. If he could go back to the events in the early morning hours of April 4, there are things he says he would do differently.

"If it meant a person not losing their life, absolutely,” he said. “Would I still have tried to stop what was going on? That I would have done. But if I knew ahead of time that I could do something to help somebody from losing their life, I don't want anyone to lose their life."

Scott says the first thing he was going to do was go home and get a good night sleep. When asked if he'll continue living in his current home, which is just one street away from the Cervini's, he said “for the time being.”

my examples above are very well thought, articulated and explained...if you can't honestly answer them the admit it...again

After his first lie blatantly told on Fox news (and in the audio and video archives) on what basis should I believe anything else Zimmerman has to say? If you cannot answer that question have a good day...

I don't know what Trayvon had going on his in life outside of that fateful night...but what I do know is that if you want to play for tat...what's clear and not in dispute..let me know if you'd prefer me to pull up the information and post it here like I do everything...what's not in dispute is Zimmerman attacking a Police officer and being allowed to attend anger management classes to have the case dropped because his father was a judge...also it's in his criminal record that he attacked and beat up his previous wife / girlfriend...so what makes you think with such a violent past he didn't start this altercation with this kid...

The things you say about Trayvon are excusable as a 15-16 yr old..but the facts about Zimmerman are inexcusable as an adult...attacking a cop and his wife are serious things the jury should have known about...so if these external events cancel each other out...my posts above stand as proof of my logic and you're in no position to challenge anything I've said intellectually.... try again kid - there's pretty much no one on this site smarter than Kool and can intellectually challenge the facts I've laid out...try as you may.. ;-)

Now carry on with your trolling....

damn my ...this is a powerful post if i ever seen one
