It's not who starts, it's who finishes, & Duncan did not finish.

at first I wanted to say 2010 Fisher but I would have to say Oberto in 2007 takes the cake unless someone else can dig up someone worse

Could make an argument for AC "The Virgin" Green when he came back to the Lakers.
Devean George,Greg Buckner anyone? Antoine Wright maybe?
didn't know those guys were starters on a championship team
Deshawn Stevenson, Bill Cartwright, Luc Longley, and Avery Johnson to name a few.
kobe for all championship appearances, coatriding trying to take credit where it isnt warranted
Pat Riley 1972 (Role Player)
Chuck Nevitt 1985 (Bench Player)
Samaki Walker 2002 (Starter 1/2 of the season)
you thread![]()
Deshawn was beast for us in 11. Idk how Lincoln got included ^^
What's the criteria? I just looked up the 1995 Houston Rockets, and Pete Chilcutt started 15 of the 22 playoff games for them.
OUCH.... Not bad choices. Avery Johnson though actually had a somewhat long career though, not great but he was servicable. The rest ehhhhh.
LOL another good one.38% shooting in two finals.![]()
Luc Longley and Avery Johnson? Both of those guys averaged decent numbers as starters for their teams during their championship seasons.

This. Did Rapist ever have an iconic Finals game? 6-24 counts but for the opposite reason.
and lol at Bump's sig.
Kobes so good he won that 5th without having to score.
/thread
You think Kobe is worse than Fabricio Oberto
Definitely disagree with Luc Longley. He didn't put up eye popping numbers but he was a massive lane clogger that was essential in the 90's when centers were actually good
Stevenson was the first person I thought of.
As for the topic, how about Malone and Payton?
The Celtics used to start Steve Kuberski during the 70's les. He was horrible. The s.
Did you really say 2010 Fisher?
He actually had a good matchup guarding Ray, and didn't have to guard a penetrating PG (thank god). He also was CLUTCH AS in game 3, and was the reason why we won that game late.
Dude was like 7'3 300 lbs and had a nice touch around the basket plus good hands and played intelligently on both ends of the court..Bill Simmons devoted a nice little passage in his book talking about how underrated he was
