Let's get real, these kids need the best possible world to be reared in, that isn't putting them in an abnormal one. Simply common sense.
The work "need" sticks out to me. If a same sex couple is an option, I wouldn't say it's a need. Both are viable options, and I'm not sure if one trumps the other if both role models exist to some extent.
Let's get real, these kids need the best possible world to be reared in, that isn't putting them in an abnormal one. Simply common sense.
I usually talk basketball (you know, the point of this site) in the NBA Forum.... you wouldn't know that, though, since you don't know jack about the NBA beyond maybe a couple almanac lists and never venture into that part of the site....
How many here also don't talk basketball?
So why do you care..sooooooooooooooo..damn much about what anyone does here? You don't start threads, you don't actually do anything here but bug me, why is that?
I watch the Final Four tourney and the NBA playoffs. Those are my lazy sports the ones I don't boogle my mind over, just for fun.
However I can talk the old black basketball leagues![]()
Dysfunction can emerge from any family structure, including a traditional one. So I can't sit here and say one is preferable, especially since there isn't a vast history of same sex families to compare to the traditional family. But, there are kids that emerge from same sex families that function just as good as, and superior to, kids that emerge from a traditional unit.
So you are telling me it's fair to a child to deprive them of having a mom and a dad. Right?
Probably nothing past a list of players per your usual.
Deprivation? If a strong role model is present, that isn't deprivation.
You've seen me tear down NFL games/teams before, why say silly like that?
I'm into the history of blacks in sports, I thought you knew that.
But I can do this...
My all time NBA team
Jabbar
James/Malone
Jordan/Magic
Who coild beat them?

You want a boy to have a man in his life that isn't even debatable. A girl needs her mom, once again not a debate. Simply common sense.
You didn't address the post.
Sure I did. If you have options you place children in a normal family setting. It has nothing to do with role models.
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. The way you label same sex relationships as abnormal is an interpretation issue. You're implying a drop off in standard. I have seen nothing which indicates children can not mature just as good as children who grow up in a traditional family setting. If you have some sort of substantial evidence, please show me.
To all those reading this...
You are dying. you have to put your kids in a foster home, are you going to want them in a traditional family setting or a gay world?
sexuality is not the norm, that's not even an argument.
I'll copy/paste something, don't really expect you to wade thru all that.

A boy can have a man in his life without having one in the home. And the same goes for the opposite sex.
No not really. There is something special between a father and his son, same with a daughter and her mother. I can't believe you aren't aware of this.
I can hit a baseball with club, it just works better with a bat.
He's completely discounting the reasons it traditionally "takes a village to raise a child"
Were you close to your father?
I'd say you're in a very small minority on here...
You're sadly mistaken if you truly think being told to stop flooding the boards with your threads equates to us actually giving a about your opinions or interests....So why do you care..sooooooooooooooo..damn much about what anyone does here?
It's funny how you switch from telling me I never start threads to pulling up old threads I've started depending on which one suits your lame attempt at an argument....You don't start threads
The vast majority of my total posts (63% of them to be exact) have been in the NBA Forum, a part of the site that you've never even ventured into.... I mainly just lurk the Club, but when I see a thread, I enjoy calling it out.... doesn't mean I devote all my time to "bugging you" - don't flatter yourself, fattyyou don't actually do anything here but bug me, why is that?
If you have to "boggle your mind" to come up with your atrocious NFL takes, you have some serious problems, son....I watch the Final Four tourney and the NBA playoffs. Those are my lazy sports the ones I don't boogle my mind over, just for fun.
I would want my kids to be with a set of parents who loves them and will take proper care of them, doesn't matter if they're gay or straight.... the only people who would actually worry about the sexual orientation of the parents are bigoted Jeebo s such as yourself, tbh.....
It's only "not an argument" to you because you don't have an argument.... sexuality is a natural condition that is not only inherent at birth in some people but has also been found in various animal species - it's absolutely not the abnormal mutation you seem to think it is....
For a time, yes. I also had several other strong male figures in my life besides him.
Clipper
So I need to be like everyone else...right? Talk...dailey news, sex, food, tv, sex, movies and sex...right?
I see lots of posters here who don't post on the NBA forum.
You might not want your son to have a father, I would.
What gets me the most about you is that you apear rather stunted. Very limited. I doubt you can talk about most things and to have somebody like you telling me , well it sucks.

Yes, that seems to be lost on people these days.
You cannot be this dumb.
You were born with a birth defect, you're missing a whatever, is that the norm? Of course not.
