Kobe Bryant had once proved to be an effective player on both sides of the court and his synergy with Shaq is a forgotten phenomenon. Kobe Bryant had being Shaq's Robin in his genes, he was everything needed to compliment Shaq. McGrady would not have given Shaq this same synergy and Iverson was not a team player.
