Because he is not a 1 hit wonder like Dirk
Ginobili had just as big of an impact in that series as Pau Gasol had in 2010. If Spurfan thinks Gasol is the true FMVP, and that Kobe has just one legitimate FMVP, then they better not in' spin this 10/27 performance from Duncan. And then they make fun of Kobe having won just 2 NBA les as the alpha man, despite the fact that Tim was CARRIED by Ginobili and Parker in the 05 and 07 Finals, respectively.
Just a pathetic display from Spurs fans, per par.
Because he is not a 1 hit wonder like Dirk
Many a spurs fans will agree that Manu could have gotten finals MVP in 05 except that Duncan was still our leadin scorer, rebounder, shotblocker, and defensive anchor on what was a defense-oriented team
mavs
tanking for 2 years
prize = monta ellis
Even lakaluva could do the math on this one, OP
10/27 is horrible for a big man.
I dare say, the new champion of salty is this ol' sport. Salty because your team is the prime definition of "one and done"? More so, the worst example of "one and done" in the modern era.
Because 10/27 - 37% FG
6/24 - 25% FG
idiots
Tim = borderline top 5 center in NBA history, 3* rings to show for, wrongfully considered the GOAT PF when he ain't a PF
Kobe= top 2 SG ever, 5 rings to show for.
Not when one loses and the other wins.
That's right. Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem, Magic, Shaq, and Jerry West are all better than Kobe.![]()
10/27 won as well
pathetic..
25% for a SG mainly shoots 15+ jumpers... or 37% for a Center whos never further than 5 feet from the basket... your an idiot.
lol Duncan shooting 37% is pretty much what Kirby averaged for the Finals 3 times in his career
off
comparing a center to a SG is laughable, stop watching bruce blitzed tbh.
Never watched a clip.
Who cares shooting 40% or below 3 times in the Finals is ing horrible even for a SG, prime Kirby 09 Finals despite having a good series shot 42%, the best he ever shot as a #1 option on a Finals team (MJ's worst I believe was 43% at 33-34 yrs old vs Payton's Sonics).
nevermind that Tim was a defensive anchor on a defensive oriented team
6/24 being guarded by Ray Allen combined with Kobe's famous lackadaisical D can't be![]()
