I read two sentences, and can guess that the rest of the article whines about how hard it is being white, like not being able to have our own cable channel and how capable white people are getting shoved out of job openings due to racial quotas. Let us see how I did!

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh on Monday said that he was done with “white guilt” because white people had done more to end slavery “than any other race.”
“This, this white guilt, it’s time for all this white guilt to end,” Limbaugh told his listeners. “If any race of people should not have guilt about slavery, it’s Caucasians. The white race has probably had fewer slaves and for a briefer period of time than any other in the history of the world.”
“Now, sadly, we’re not talking about the rest of the world when the civil rights coalition gets ginned up. They’re talking about America and slavery,” he continued. “And that can’t be denied; it happened. But, compared to the kind of slavery that still exists in the rest of the world and has existed, by no means was it anywhere near the worst.”
Limbaugh went on to say that slaves were the “primary reason” that Arabs, “black Africans” and American Indians went to war.
“But despite all that, no other race has ever fought a war for the purpose of ending slavery, which we did,” the radio host opined. “Nearly 600,000 people killed in the Civil War. It’s preposterous that Caucasians are blamed for slavery when they’ve done more to end it than any other race, and within the bounds of the Cons ution to boot.”
“And yet white guilt is still one of the dominating factors in American politics. It’s exploited, it’s played upon, it is promoted, used, and it’s unnecessary.”

No, but I did have a woody. Everything in that article is dead nuts on. If anyone here has read it and has an issue with any part of it, let us hear it. And the writer is correct when he says anyone who would publicly speak these beliefs would be branded a racist. If a politician were to utter these words he would be banished to the ends of the earth.
There is a paragraph in there that addresses the concerns expressed here by some that SYG laws are racist. The writer has an answer for you.
If black people are complaining about Stand Your Ground laws of self-defense, white people are saying that you don’t have to worry about it if you don’t attack anybody. The cry against Stand Your Ground is a cry in defense of people who are violently assaulting other people. Black people are disproportionately injured in all types of self-defense situations because black people are disproportionately involved in attacking other people, and pushing those people into self-defense. That’s not a problem with the law, that’s a problem with people’s conduct.
See that? You-don't-have-to-worry-about-it-if-you-don't-attack-anybody. Sad that Trayvon Martin didn't have a caring enough father to teach him such a simple truth.

i'm getting really tired of this Martin/Zimmerman inspired race . I'm tired of seeing it on TV, I'm tired of seeing it in here. There IS NO ING DIALOGUE about us all accepting that there are good people and there are bad people and be willing to get past skin color and knee jerk defending black/other team. this .

Pure whites and blacks have already died out before the 80s of last century imho, so the boundary between white and black is blurred these days just like the boundary between Democrats and repubs. Most americans are mixed-raced to different extents, so it's not uncommon to see a white dude doing "black" stuffs in this society or vice versa
that should be the new motto for the GOP
